When

• At beginning of battle (50 stacks)
• Added when taking hits from the boss

What

• Applies Mental Collapse when max stacks are reached (100)
• Applies Purify when all stacks are removed

Solution

• Avoid being hit by boss attacks
• Pick up yellow orbs to remove 10 stacks per orb

Penalty

• Mental Collapse: your screen visibility is limited to just your character for a small duration
• Purify: Immunity to Confusion and able to see symbols above players heads
